Rolf Sanchez

Roelof Johannes Wienk (Ede, July 3, 1991), better known as Rolf Sanchez, is a Dominican-Dutch singer. In 2011, Rolf competed in the fourth season of X-Factor and won third place. Despite his loss, he still received a record contract. His debut single ‘Ave Maria’ (a Spanish cover of David Bisbal) was released the same year. In 2013, Sanchez left for the Dominican Republic to create more Spanish-language songs. The song ‘Por Si No Te Vuelvo a Ver’ reached the first spot in the Billboard Tropical Songs chart in June 2015. In 2019, Rolf was featured in the singing program Beste Zangers. Here, together with Emma Heesters, he made a Dutch cover of the song ‘Pa Olvidarte’. In July 2020 Wienk released the song ‘Más Más Más’, this gave him his first number one hit.
