One of the three founding members of Detroit’s legendary collective Underground Resistance (together with Mike Banks and Robert Hood), Jeff Mills left the collective during the early nineties to continue as a solo artist. Many of his productions are characterized by intense emotional undertones, rarely seen among producers of the harder styles of techno. As a DJ, Jeff is just as respected as he is as a producer – he’s been known as the Wizard since the mid-nineties due to his fast mixing style.
