Ida Engberg (Tyresö, July 1, 1984), is a Swedish DJ and producer. Ida began her career at age 18. After filling in for another disc jockey, she got a regular night at a club. Later she started working at The Spy Bar, one of the most famous clubs in Stockholm. From then on she worked with Roger Sanchez, John Dahlbäck, Sebastian Ingrosso and Eric Prydz. The first single she released was Disco Volante, together with the Icelandic singer Björk. The song became a hit in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany in the summer of 2007. Her productions, ‘Owl’s Nest’/’Little Shadow’ (Truesoul, 2010) and her remix of Depeche Mode’s Sister of Night in 2011, both received massive support and achieved top sales worldwide. In 2011, Ida joined Adam Beyer’s techno juggernaut Drumcode, where she made her mark on critically acclaimed releases such as ‘Blue Yonder’ and ‘Junoverse’ in 2011, and the Adam Beyer collaboration ‘Unanswered Question’ in 2013.
